    Vice President, Senior Trust Officer

    Dawn is responsible for day to day trust administration and fiduciary compliance in the state of Delaware. Dawn’s background includes family office operations, specialty assets and management of middle office operations. She has over 20 years’ experience providing trust and estate administration to individuals and families at all stages of life. She is actively involved in giving back to her community and volunteers time and expertise. Dawn is a graduate of Wesley College and Cannon Trust School.

    Family Office Fiduciary Officer

    Frederick Meades is a Family Office Fiduciary Officer, who serves as a trust officer and provides fiduciary support to the Family Office. With over 18 years of trust experience, he works on a variety of different types of trusts, ranging from asset protection trust, irrevocable trust, revocable trust, marital trust, trust under will and numerous others. A graduate of Wilmington University, Frederick has earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Homeland Security, and a Bachelor of Science in business management from Delaware State University, where he majored in finance and banking.

    Director of Personal Trust - Chief Fiduciary Officer

    Wendy’s responsibilities include providing fiduciary expertise and practical trust insights for all Delaware fiduciary matters. Her role includes coordinating planning strategies with other professional advisors, such as tax advisors or estate planning attorneys. She is also responsible for day-to-day account oversight, fiduciary compliance and directing our team of trust officers to ensure our clients receive remarkable service. Wendy practiced law for 16 years in the areas of probate and trust litigation, preparation of estate, complex probate and trust administration, fiduciary and gift tax returns and drafting estate planning and business succession documents. She earned her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Michigan. Wendy is a designated Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

    Olivia is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, day-to-day servicing of account needs and driving the efforts of the client centric team. She ensures clear, concise communication by coordinating the team’s workflow and acts as an ongoing resource for clients. Olivia is an alumna of Michigan State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice.

    As Chairman, Bill focuses on culture, vision, mission and high-level strategies for Greenleaf Trust Delaware. In addition, he is Chairman of Greenleaf Financial Holding Company (the sole owner of Greenleaf Trust Delaware and Greenleaf Trust), Greenleaf Trust, Greenleaf Hospitality, Inc. and Catalyst Development Company, LLC. Bill serves as trustee of Western Michigan University, and of the Genevieve and Donald S. Gilmore Foundation. He also serves on the board of directors of Southwest Michigan First Economic Development Corporation, Bronson Healthcare Group, HUMANeX, Special-Lite Corporation and the Western Michigan University Foundation. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Western Michigan University.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Mike holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of Greenleaf Trust Delaware, its parent Greenleaf Financial Holding Company and Greenleaf Trust. Since joining Greenleaf Trust in 1999, he has served as director of research, director of wealth management, senior executive vice president of strategic initiatives and president. Mike earned his degree in finance from Michigan State University, is a CFA® charterholder and completed the Advance Management Program at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. In addition to serving on the board of directors at Greenleaf Trust Delaware, Greenleaf Financial Holding Company and Greenleaf Trust, he also serves on the board of directors for Southwest Michigan First and Bronson Healthcare Group.

    Dan holds the position of President of Greenleaf Trust and Greenleaf Trust Delaware, whose parent company is Greenleaf Financial Holding Company. Since joining Greenleaf Trust (a Michigan non-deposit trust bank) in 2010, he has served as Wealth Management Advisor, Director of Wealth Management and Chief Client Officer prior to assuming the role of President. As President, Dan builds the voice of our clients into all facets of the firm, embeds client service standards into our culture and drives forward our client-focused strategic initiatives. Under Dan’s leadership, the team executes its daily mission to provide remarkable client service through the delivery of fiduciary excellence, proactive client care, advanced financial planning and holistic wealth management. He has close to 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, is a graduate of Calvin College, received an M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Iowa and completed Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive program. Dan is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation as well as the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.

    Chief Human Resources Officer

    Karen leads the Human Resources Division, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts, and the Greenleaf Trust Scholarship & Internship and Wealth Developers programs at Greenleaf Trust. She is committed to cultivating a culture of inclusivity through awareness, education and conversation. Karen collaborates with leaders to implement strategies driving company growth and ensuring best practices in team recruitment, engagement, development and retention. Karen has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry as well as more than 25 years of human resources experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University, her Certified Staffing Professional designation through the American Staffing Association, her Senior Certified Professional designation through the Society for Human Resource Management and her Certified Diversity Professional designation through the National Diversity Council. Karen is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Kalamazoo Human Resources Management Association.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Tom holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of Greenleaf Trust Delaware, its parent Greenleaf Financial Holding Company and Greenleaf Trust. Tom is responsible for Greenleaf Trust Delaware’s Operations, Information Services and Compliance posture. In addition, he is responsible for Greenleaf Trust’s Operations and Business Information Services Divisions consisting of account administration, tax reporting, data and systems infrastructure, cash and securities processing and information security. Tom has over 25 years of leadership experience with several service and global manufacturing companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University, and has earned his Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP) designation.

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Jim holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer of Greenleaf Trust Delaware, its parent Greenleaf Financial Holding Company and Greenleaf Trust. He works closely with other members of Greenleaf Trust Delaware’s Executive Council in creating, communicating, executing and sustaining the company’s strategic plan. Jim has led Greenleaf Trust’s Research, Wealth Management and Personal Trust Divisions. He has an extensive background in investments, global banking and manufacturing, which includes nearly two decades at Whirlpool Financial Corporation and Whirlpool Corporation. He serves on the Investment Committee of the Western Michigan University Foundation Board. Jim earned a degree in finance from the University of Southern Indiana, and he is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of West Michigan.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Steve provides financial guidance and broad counsel to the Executive Leadership Team at Greenleaf Trust Delaware, its parent Greenleaf Financial Holding Company and Greenleaf Trust. He leads the finance and accounting organization and directs the company’s fiscal functions in accordance with regulatory and governing requirements. Steve also collaborates with the Board of Directors, President and members of the Executive Council on capital allocation, long range planning and risk management. He has over 20 years of leadership experience, primarily with complex multi-national firms, and has served extensively as a financial executive in both customer and operationally oriented roles. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from Miami University.
